SIR 2025 Voter List: Election Commission releases draft voter list for all 230 Assembly constituencies in Madhya Pradesh. Check how to add, update, or remove names and key deadlines under the SIR process.
SIR 2025 Voter List: The Election Commission of India (ECI) has published the draft electoral roll today across all 230 Assembly constituencies in Madhya Pradesh. This marks an important opportunity for voters to verify their details, add missing names, update corrections, or request deletions from the voter list.
According to reports from Akashvani, the draft voter list has been made available at all polling stations in the state from 10 AM onwards, enabling voters to check their names. In Jabalpur district, BLO Anil Kewat shared detailed guidance on the process.
As part of the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) process, the Election Commission has removed names of deceased voters, duplicate entries, and voters who have shifted from their registered addresses. Individuals whose names are not included in the draft can submit claims or objections with the necessary documents.
The deadline for submitting claims and objections is 22 January 2026, while the final voter list will be published on 21 February 2026. This exercise ensures that the voter list is accurate, updated, and free of errors ahead of upcoming elections.
