Bihar NDA leaders praised PM Narendra Modi as the longest-serving elected PM, calling his leadership a matter of national pride and development.
Bihar NDA Leaders: Leaders of the National Democratic Alliance (NDA) in Bihar on Wednesday expressed pride over Prime Minister Narendra Modi becoming the longest continuously serving elected Prime Minister of India. They described it as a historic milestone and a matter of pride for the entire nation.
According to them, PM Modi’s leadership has strengthened public confidence and inspired hope among citizens across the country.
Leaders Highlight Modi’s Electoral Journey
Prime Minister Narendra Modi first assumed office on May 26, 2014, after a landslide victory. He was re-elected in 2019 with an even stronger mandate, beginning his second term on May 30, 2019. His third consecutive term started on June 9, 2024.
Bihar Deputy Chief Minister Vijay Kumar Choudhary said that PM Modi is a highly popular leader who has created a historic record. He added that this achievement is a matter of pride for the entire NDA alliance.
“Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas” Impact Highlighted
Bihar Agriculture Minister Vijay Kumar Sinha said that PM Modi’s leadership has “ignited hope and confidence” among citizens. He credited the government’s policies for promoting inclusive development under the vision of “Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas.”

He further stated that more than 25 crore people have been lifted out of poverty due to welfare and development initiatives.
Shift in Political and Economic Approach
NDA leaders also said that India has moved from politics of appeasement to politics of development and satisfaction under PM Modi’s leadership. They emphasized growth across agriculture, infrastructure, and other sectors, which has strengthened India’s global image.
They also noted that international trust in India’s leadership has significantly increased.
Support from Bihar NDA Leaders
JD(U) MP Devesh Chandra Thakur said PM Modi’s record tenure reflects public appreciation of his work. He added that the people of India continue to support his leadership strongly.
Several leaders, including Bihar minister Lakhendra Paswan and former minister Jibesh Kumar, also performed prayers and rituals seeking PM Modi’s long life and good health for continued national development.
Bihar Government’s Acknowledgement
Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary also credited PM Modi for accelerating the state’s development over the past 12 years and extended congratulations on his historic milestone.
