Successful Operations Against Criminal Activities
CM Nayab Singh Saini also shared the successes of Haryana Police’s recent operations, particularly Operation Hotspot Domination, which targeted inter-state gangs, drug traffickers, and cybercriminals. In just 12 days, over 2,000 criminals were arrested. Furthermore, Operation Track Town led to the arrest of 7,587 criminals in 23 days, along with the seizure of illegal property worth Rs. 168 crore. These initiatives have made a significant impact in curbing criminal activities across the state.

In a historic move, Additional Chief Secretary Dr. Sumita Misra announced that the state government plans to increase the representation of women in the police force from 15% to 25%. Furthermore, the state is recruiting 5,750 new police personnel, including 950 women officers, as part of ongoing efforts to strengthen the police force.
