Haryana government jobs: Over 2 lakh youth have secured jobs in 12 years, while the state targets 5 lakh new employment opportunities through MSME policy.
The Haryana government has highlighted its focus on transparent recruitment, skill development and employment generation for young people across the state. Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said that more than 2 lakh youngsters have received government jobs over the past nearly 12 years under the “no bribe, no recommendation” recruitment system.
According to the Chief Minister, around 43,000 young people have secured employment during the last one-and-a-half years alone. In addition, 1.56 lakh youth have been provided skill training to improve their employment opportunities.
Transparent Recruitment System in Focus
The state government has emphasised a transparent recruitment process aimed at ensuring that deserving candidates get opportunities without the need for money or recommendations. According to the government, Haryana government jobs have been provided to more than 2 lakh youngsters during the last around 12 years under this system.
Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini said the recruitment approach is intended to provide young people with fair opportunities and strengthen confidence in the government recruitment process.
43,000 Youth Get Employment in 18 Months
The Chief Minister said that approximately 43,000 youngsters have received employment over the past one-and-a-half years. Alongside Haryana government jobs, the state is also focusing on skill development so that young people can become better prepared for changing employment requirements.
As part of this effort, around 1.56 lakh youth have received skill training in the state. The training is aimed at helping young people improve their capabilities and explore a wider range of employment opportunities.

New MSME and Export Promotion Policy
The government has also introduced the Haryana Progressive MSME and Export Promotion Policy-2026 with the objective of creating more opportunities for entrepreneurship and employment.
The policy focuses on attracting fresh investment into the state and encouraging the growth of micro, small and medium enterprises. The government aims to make young people not only employment seekers but also employment creators.
Target of ₹55,000 Crore Investment
Under the new policy, Haryana has set a target of attracting more than ₹55,000 crore in investment. The government also aims to generate over 5 lakh new employment opportunities through the policy.
The expected investment is intended to support business expansion, strengthen the MSME ecosystem and create additional opportunities for the state’s workforce.
Focus on Jobs, Skills and Entrepreneurship
The Haryana government is pursuing a combined approach of transparent recruitment, skill development and private-sector employment generation.
