Before the meeting, the Minister laid the foundation stones for additional structures to improve water supply in the various villages of Hisar district and the widening/strengthening works of 12 roads with a total length of 23.985 kilometres.

In the meeting, employees of the District Elementary Education Department lodged a complaint against the District Elementary Education Officer Nirmal Dahiya, stating that the officer was harassing the employees in various ways. Dr. Banwari Lal immediately ordered the suspension and transfer of District Elementary Education Officer Nirmal Dahiya.
