RAJASTHAN NEWS : Health Minister Gajendra Singh Khinwsar held a meeting with the officials of the medical and health department and gave necessary guidelines. He said that according to the Government of India, the currently emerging variant of Corona is not fatal, but the general public should take necessary consultation, investigation and treatment by going to the medical institution taking general precautions if they see symptoms like cough, cold or fever.
Shri Khinwsar said that the vulnerable sections like the elderly, pregnant women, patients with serious diseases and children should take special care of their health in view of the Corona cases. If symptoms of ILI appear, consult a doctor and avoid crowding. He told the officials of the medical department that the medical experts have not stated more danger than Corona in view of the current conditions, but necessary arrangements should be made for testing, medication and treatment in medical institutions so that patients with ILI symptoms can get the necessary tests and treatment.
Principal Secretary, Medical and Health, Gayatri Rathore said that regular monitoring of oxygen plants set up in various medical institutions in the state should be done. Along with ensuring their functionality, get the closed oxygen plants fixed soon. He said that the guidelines issued by the Government of India from time to time regarding Corona should be followed.
Nine cases were reported in the state on Tuesday.
Director Public Health Dr. Ravi Prakash Sharma said that 9 cases of corona have been reported in the state on Tuesday. He informed that 2 cases have been reported at AIIMS Jodhpur, 2 at Sawai Man Singh Hospital Jaipur, 4 at B Lal Lab Jaipur and 1 at Anavik Diagnostic Centre Jaipur. So far this year, 32 cases have been reported. These include 2 in Ajmer, 1 in Bikaner, 3 in Deedwana, 13 in Jaipur, 6 in Jodhpur, 1 in Phalodi, 1 in Sawai Madhopur, 4 in Udaipur and one other case.
