RAJASTHAN NEWS: Education Secretary gave instructions for immediate implementation of budget announcements
On Thursday, a meeting was held under the chairmanship of Secretary School Education Shri Krishan Kunal in which the announcements related to the School Education Department under the Rajasthan Budget 2025-26 were discussed. The Secretary directed the concerned departments to ensure that all the announcements are implemented effectively within the stipulated time frame. He also said that after necessary approvals, the approvals should be sent category wise to the concerned departments immediately.
In the meeting, the establishment of Sainik Schools at Mirzewala (Sriganganagar) and Balika Sainik Schools at Jaipur, Alwar, Bikaner, Jaisalmer and Kota was discussed in detail and instructions were given for their early implementation.
The Budget announcements have been categorised into three categories – A, B and C – for speedy implementation.
Category A includes declarations that have no financial implications and require only an administrative order or legislative action.
Category B includes those cases which do not have financial implications but require approval of the Department of Finance or Department of Personnel (DOP). Instructions have been given to take quick decisions in such cases.
Category ‘C’ consists of declarations for which specific proposals are required to be prepared and sent to the Finance Department within 15 days.
The meeting was attended by Additional Deputy Commissioner, Suram Chand Sharma; Assistant Commissioner Revenue, Jitender Mishra; PO ICDS Anu Bhel; General Manager DIC, Sansar Chand; Deputy District Election Officer, Rajeev Magotra besides other nodal officers, returning officers and other election officials.
