Chief Minister Bhajanlal Sharma urges citizens to embrace Prime Minister Modi’s ‘Har Ghar Swadeshi’ campaign, promotes Khadi products, and supports Digital India with UPI payments on Gandhi Jayanti in Jaipur.
CM Bhajanlal Sharma emphasized the importance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s call for ‘Har Ghar Swadeshi – Ghar Ghar Swadeshi’ (Swadeshi in every home), calling it the foundation of a self-reliant India (Atmanirbhar Bharat). He urged citizens to wholeheartedly adopt more and more Swadeshi products to strengthen the nation’s economy and cultural heritage.
Prior to his visit, CM Bhajanlal Sharma paid tribute to Mahatma Gandhi by laying a wreath at his statue located within the Khadi and Gramodyog Bhawan premises. The event was attended by Greater Municipal Corporation Mayor Dr. Soumya Gurjar, officials from the Khadi and Gramodyog Board, and members of the public.
This initiative aligns with the government’s ongoing efforts to promote indigenous industries, support local artisans, and boost the Digital India campaign through digital payments like UPI, which provide convenience and transparency.
