Punjab government prioritizes basic needs and strengthens public trust through education, health, and electricity reforms, says Hardip Singh Mundian.
The Punjab Government has reiterated its commitment to prioritizing the basic needs of citizens while accelerating development across key sectors such as education, health, electricity, and public welfare services.
Cabinet Minister Hardip Singh Mundian said that addressing the fundamental requirements of people remains the foremost responsibility of any accountable government. He emphasized that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann, the state has taken several meaningful steps to improve public services and strengthen governance at the grassroots level.
According to the minister, reforms in the education sector, expansion of healthcare facilities, and improvements in electricity supply have significantly enhanced the quality of life for citizens across Punjab. He added that these initiatives are not only improving infrastructure but also building long-term public confidence in the government.

Hardip Singh Mundian stated that transparency, efficiency, and people-centric governance have been the core principles driving the state’s development agenda. He further noted that citizens themselves are now coming forward to appreciate the ongoing development projects, reflecting growing trust in government policies.
The Punjab Government has maintained that its welfare-oriented approach is aimed at ensuring inclusive growth, where every section of society benefits from development schemes and public services.
