Women to Get ₹2,500 Monthly Assistance
Under the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana, eligible women will receive financial support of ₹2,500 every month. Of this amount, ₹1,000 will reportedly be transferred directly into the beneficiary’s bank account.
The remaining ₹1,500 will be deposited every month through a recurring deposit mechanism. This accumulated amount will be provided as a lump sum after three years, giving beneficiaries an additional financial resource for major household or personal requirements.
Payments to Start from September 1
According to the government, payments under the Delhi Lakshmi Yojana are scheduled to begin from September 1. Eligible beneficiaries will receive the assistance through their registered bank accounts, with payments continuing on a monthly basis.

More Than 9 Lakh Women Have Registered
