Harbhajan Singh ETO honoured 509 students scoring above 90% in Jandiala Guru and 20 School of Eminence girls, promoting education under Mann Government.

Reinforcing the Punjab Government’s focus on promoting academic excellence, Cabinet Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO led a special felicitation ceremony to honour outstanding students from the Jandiala Guru constituency.

During the event, 509 students who secured more than 90% marks in their examinations were recognised for their exceptional academic performance. The minister also honoured 20 girl students from the School of Eminence, acknowledging their dedication and achievements.

Recognition for Academic Excellence

Speaking at the ceremony, Harbhajan Singh ETO congratulated the students and their families for their hard work and determination. He said that recognising young achievers motivates them to aim higher and inspires other students to excel in academics.

He added that education remains one of the strongest foundations for building a progressive and prosperous Punjab.

Mann Government Promoting Quality Education

The minister highlighted that under the leadership of Chief Minister Bhagwant Singh Mann, the Punjab Government has launched several initiatives to strengthen the education system and provide better learning opportunities for students across the state.

He said the government is committed to creating an environment where talented students receive encouragement and equal opportunities to succeed.

School of Eminence Students Also Honoured

As part of the programme, 20 girl students from the School of Eminence were also felicitated for their academic excellence. Harbhajan Singh ETO praised their achievements and encouraged them to continue pursuing their goals with confidence and dedication.

He noted that empowering young girls through education is essential for the state’s social and economic development.
