Punjab Chief Minister Bhagwant Mann has appealed to women across the state to complete the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) form to ensure their names remain on the updated electoral roll and they continue receiving benefits under government welfare schemes, including the Mawa Dhiyan Satkar Yojana.
The Chief Minister stated that financial assistance under the Mawa Dhiyan Satkar Yojana has already been credited to the accounts of eligible beneficiaries, fulfilling the government’s commitment towards supporting women across Punjab.
SIR Form Necessary for Updated Voter List
Addressing women beneficiaries, Bhagwant Mann said that completing the SIR process is important to keep their voter registration details updated. He explained that the revision exercise aims to ensure accuracy in the electoral rolls and protect citizens’ voting rights.
