A 4,000 square yard food hub to be established in Hisar, providing clean and hygienic food to the city’s residents, Dr. Kamal Gupta

Haryana Health and Civil Aviation Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta said that under the able leadership of Chief Minister, Sh. Nayab Singh Saini, the Haryana government is committed to providing excellent services to its citizens. In this series, the Hisar Municipal Corporation is making continuous efforts for the beautification of Hisar city.

Haryana Health and Civil Aviation Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta was addressing the people today while inaugurating the street food hub, which will be built on 4,000 square yards in Hisar, near Madhuban Park. He flagged off the cattle catcher van, electric lifting machine, and tree-trimming machine.

Haryana Health and Civil Aviation Minister, shared that the electric lifting machine, costing Rs. 22.60 lakh, will accelerate the work of repairing street lights and adjusting electric wires. On this occasion, he also flagged off the tree-trimming machine, named ‘Shaktimaan’, costing Rs. 33.60 lakh, and two water smog machines purchased for Rs. 93 lakh.

While laying the foundation stone for the food hub, Health Minister Dr. Kamal Gupta said that this food hub would cater to street vendors, providing food, fruits, and vegetables. Basic amenities will be made available to both street vendors and the visitors to the food hub.

Meanwhile, Haryana Health and Civil Aviation Minister, Dr. Kamal Gupta also flagged off the cattle catcher van, purchased for Rs. 27 lakh. Previously, the city had two cattle catcher vans; now, there will be three machines to catch the stray animals roaming the city’s streets. These animals will be sent to the Gaushala located on Dhandur Road. Presently, the centre has a total of 21 sheds, with three more under construction.
