Public Works Minister Harbhajan Singh ETO today conducted a surprise inspection of the Departmental Quality Control Cell, Provincial Division, Construction Division, and Horticulture Sub-Division offices at the PWD complex in the Industrial Area of SAS Nagar, Mohali.
During the visit, he reviewed the functioning of these offices and directed employees to maintain punctuality and ensure that government tasks are completed within stipulated timelines. Minister Harbhajan also stressed the importance of providing accurate and complete information regarding public complaints received through the grievance portal.
Minister Harbhajan praised the outstanding performance of several female employees and instructed departmental officers to duly acknowledge and appreciate their contributions. He further emphasized that all PWD officers and staff must deliver work of high quality within set deadlines.
Listening to the challenges faced by employees in carrying out their duties, Minister Harbhajan Singh assured that their issues would be addressed promptly. Engineer-in-Chief Gagandeep Singh, Superintending Engineers R.P. Singh and Anil Kumar Sharma, Executive Engineers Vivek Dureja and Shivpreet Singh, along with other departmental officers, were present during the inspection.
