He made these remarks while addressing the inauguration of the “Natural Farming Workshop 2026” held in Kanpur.

The Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath emphasized that Uttar Pradesh can achieve true self-reliance only when local communities become economically strong, happy, and independent.
He said that self-reliance comes through self-dependence and not by relying on external support, urging people to utilize local resources effectively.

Referring to initiatives led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yogi Adityanath highlighted programs related to ethanol production, bio-compost, compressed biogas, and CNG.
He said these efforts are aimed at transforming agriculture and livestock resources into a strong foundation for India’s energy security.
