Deputy CM Diya Kumari : The oath-taking ceremony of the regional executive committee of the All India Jangid Brahman Mahasabha, the women’s wing of the Rajasthan Pradesh Sabha, was held in Vidyadharanagar on Saturday. On this occasion, Deputy CM Diya Kumari congratulated the newly appointed office bearers and motivated them to achieve new heights in the field of women empowerment and make the women of the state self-reliant.
Deputy CM Diya Kumari said that the work being done by the Jangid Brahmin Samaj from time to time for the development of the society is commendable. Today women are aware and empowered, playing an active role in social service and social upliftment. There is no dearth of talent in the society and now they are being identified and given proper opportunities.
“We have to make collective efforts in the direction of developed Rajasthan. For this, it is necessary to educate the children, promote the daughters, empower the women, make the youth self-reliant and pass on the sanskars to the next generation. He also informed that the double engine government of the state and the Centre is constantly striving for the all-round development of women. Schemes like “Lakhpati Didi” and “Solar Didi” are proving to be effective in this direction.
He urged the women to take advantage of the government schemes and also help the needy women. He also appealed to the people to come forward in the service of society.
Former MPs Milind Deora and Eknath Gaikwad, Bihar MLA Ajit Sharma, former MLA Charansingh Sapra, Yusuf Abrahami, opposition leader in BMC Pravin Chheda, general secretary Bhushan Patil were present on this occasion.
