At a high-level meeting held at the Chief Minister’s residence, CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directed the officials to identify the employees who were negligent in performing their duties and take action against them for compulsory retirement as per rules. Campaign for drug-free Uttarakhand to be intensified
CM Pushkar Singh Dhami directed all the concerned departments to run a sustained campaign for a drug-free Uttarakhand. He ordered the police to conduct intensive checking drives in the border areas of the state and take strict action against those involved in the drug trade by making a list of criminals under the NDPS Act. The Chief Minister asked the DGP to make special efforts to improve traffic management so that people do not face problems of traffic jams. Apart from this, instructions were also given to increase night patrolling. Focus on employment and self-employment
Emphasis was laid on making more efforts to connect the youth of the state with employment and self-employment.
